In our Restaurant, our guests can taste unique dishes following traditional recipes. Our specialties are meat dishes, from meat of the wild animals housed in our Environmental Park (such as deer, wild sheeps, wild boars, Capra Aegagrus Cretica etc). The meat comes from the scientific management of the animal population within the Park.

The ecological balance of the forest demands the scientific intervention since the external factors are absent. Therefore, oversized boars, dangerous for the females, wounded animals etc. must be removed from the Park.   

Our chef combines the tradiotional cousine with gourmet dishes for an excellent monent that you will remember forever…
