In Bourazani Wild Life Resort Restaurant , combining the traditional with the modern, the culinary options are mainly based on game dishes, while there are also other local dishes. The visitor can taste the unique game dishes made from wild meat (deer - wild boar - wild sheep - wild goat, etc.).

(The meat comes from the scientific management to maintain the balance of the animal population of the Environmental Park. The ecological balance requires scientific intervention so that injured deer, overweight male wild boars – dangerous to the females – are withdrawn.)

The chef, combining local with modern gastronomy, proposes:
• Deer and wild boar sausages, Deer Carpaccio, Mouflon Prosiutto and Deer Prosiutto, Deer Loin, of our own production accompanied by local products.
